How Information Is Used
Information is used solely for providing psychological assessment services. We do not use your data for marketing or analytics without explicit consent.
Storage & Security
Your information is stored securely in encrypted digital system Cliniko. Personal information is stored for seven years from the completion of the assessment. For children, information is stored for seven years from when they turn 18 years old. Only authorised personnel can access your information.
Limits to Confidentiality

Access to Your Information
You may request access to your record in writing. A psychologist must review the request first and may schedule a session to discuss the request further at the expense of the requester.
