Assessment Fees

A deposit is required upon booking and all fee's paid prior to scheduling the feedback session and the release of the report.

​Standard Assessment - Includes assessment of cognitive functioning and administration of an adaptive functioning measure. ​​​​

​

Complex Assessment - Includes standard assessment measures a review of extensive medical and/or forensic records or more complex measurement of brain functioning.

​Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates typically do not apply to psychological assessments, as they fall outside the scope of the Better Access Initiative.

 

NDIS

Assessments may be suitable for self-managed or plan-managed NDIS participants. We do not provide NDIS services under NDIA-managed plans.

 

Private Health

Some private health insurers may offer partial rebates. Please contact your insurer directly to confirm.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours may attract a fee. Missed appointments may be billed at the full rate. This policy supports psychologist time and preparation requirements.
